      As part of an educational presentation or business discussion, Johnson & Johnson Companies may occasionally offer a beverage, snack or modest meal, consistent in value with the applicable industry standards. Meals must occur in locations that are conducive to an educational or business discussion. Venues that feature entertainment or recreation, and attendance by spouses or guests, are not permitted.
