Taking Leaders Up a Level

For nearly a decade, we have partnered with Singapore Management University to provide management and operations training to senior managers from hospitals throughout Asia.

The Delicate Balance Between Business and Health
Known as the Johnson & Johnson Regional Hospital Management Program, this annual week-long program offers 50 hospital leaders from various Asian countries advanced training in management principles and business operations. Professors from schools in Singapore and the United States lead the training sessions.

Strategizing for Health
The program helps hospitals in the region improve their management and operations so they can deliver better health care services to their patients. Strategy sessions help participants understand how to better manage hospital staffs and leverage good business practices that benefit the hospital and its patients. Since its inception, 368 leaders from 305 different hospitals have attended the program.
