Environmental Training and Education
Providing our employees with opportunities to learn more about global environmental issues is an important part of our effort to be good stewards of the planet’s resources. Through our Healthy Planet 2010 goals, 100 percent of our facilities provided environmental literacy programs to employees, covering topics such as sustainability, sustainable forestry, water conservation, biodiversity and climate change.
Johnson & Johnson and its operating companies provide on-the-job environmental training, and extensive, globally accessible training and development at the individual, team, organizational and leadership levels. Our School of Personal and Professional Development and our e-University are available online to all employees and provide eLearning and classroom courses as well.
