We continue to raise employee awareness and understanding of global environmental issues and our ability to impact them. Our “H2You” campaign, deployed in 2010, reminded employees that water scarcity and quality is a seminal emerging issue and that our actions impact not only the water we use and drink, but water use around the world.
By the end of the Healthy Planet 2010 goal period, all of our facilities had developed a literacy campaign in 2010 and deployed a five-year environmental literacy plan. Some of the topics of focus include sustainable forestry, biodiversity and climate change.
