In our efforts to prevent workplace accidents and illnesses, and reduce ergonomic injuries, we are guided by our Worldwide Environment, Health and Safety Policy, supported by global workplace safety standards, a safety management system, and our workplace safety goals.
Our employees work in many different settings. Some are dedicated to researching new cures in our laboratories. Others are employed in our facilities where our products are manufactured, packaged and distributed. In addition, a large number of our employees work in offices or in their vehicles. No matter the environment, we promote a culture of safety -- designing and evolving safety programs, regularly monitoring our performance and taking necessary action when improvements are needed.
