In many areas throughout the world, the spread of disease is a constant struggle for communities. We partner with hundreds of community groups on programs to prevent HIV/AIDS infections, diabetes and other chronic diseases. And we are working to help people and their families cope with the social stigmas and suffering associated with disease and mental illness. Our community partners understand the needs of their people best. We look for ways to work with them on efforts that will have the greatest possible impact.
