Building Skills and Resilience of Midwives, Nurses and Community Health Workers

or decades, Johnson & Johnson has worked to support and champion the people on the front lines at the heart of delivering care. We work with strategic global and locally based partners to strengthen primary care systems and close the gap between the community and clinic by providing midwives, nurses and community health workers the support, tools and clinical skills to ensure that even the most remote and vulnerable populations have access to quality healthcare.

In 2018, our partnerships prioritized health workers who care for mothers and children—advancing the skills, resilience and leadership of more than 5,000 midwives, 17,000 nurses, and 16,000 community health workers across 35 countries.
