Herman Moore is the owner and CEO of Team 84, LLC, a certified MBE holding company with core focus in technology, personal care products contact manufacturing, logistics, enterprise printing, staffing, and marketing.
Team 84, LLC owns and operates Team Business Solutions; an ISO 9001:2015 certified highly specialized print management and promotion solutions entity, Team 84 Marketing; a full-service marketing, branding, and advertising agency, Golden Grooming Men’s Care Products; high quality, all natural grooming products designed for men of color and Team 84 Staffing; an employee management and recruiting agency. Team 84, LLC and its’ subsidiaries operate out of 12 offices in five states, four countries and are Minority Business Certified.
Herman serves as a member of the Virginia Athletics Foundation Board of Trustees at the University of Virginia. He is also the founder of the Tackle Life Foundation which provides essential life skills and experiences to youth to assist successful individual growth and development. Moore additionally serves as an ambassador for Henry Ford Health System’s Game On Cancer campaign, Co-Chair Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign, and as a board member for multiple youth and family foundations dedicated to promoting community care support.

Professional Sports Career
Herman Moore was also one of the most productive wide receivers in NFL league history during his 12-year career (11 years Detroit Lions, 1-year New York Giants). Moore was the Lions first-round pick in 1991. He was named to the NFL Pro Bowl on four occasions and NFL All-Pro three times. In October 2007, Herman Moore was among 124 modern-era players, coaches, and contributors on the preliminary list of nominees for the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2008. Moore was one of only 7 other first-year eligibles to make the list.
