Sometimes, people find it hard to believe that I’m a blogger. That it’s an actual thing that people do. Even more baffling to them is when I tell them that there are blogger conferences, as in, conferences just for the blogging community.
But the blogging conference scene is alive and well and usually some of the most energizing events of the year. Depending on the conference, hundreds to thousands of bloggers (usually women, mostly moms) gather together to learn, network, support, reflect, perfect, and change.
It’s that last idea that draws Johnson & Johnson back to the BlissDom conference for the third year in a row.
As a partner and sponsor of BlissDom ’13, Johnson & Johnson will be heading to Dallas, TX this week to meet with writers, bloggers, businesswomen (and men), and social media influencers to talk about what’s top of their mind and ours.
Continuing our focus on social media for social good, we’re excited to be talking about our partnership with the United Nations Foundation for the Global Mom Relay and invite bloggers to get involved.
We’ll also have a way for them to take specific action, right there in our suite, that results in caring acts and a little Johnson & Johnson shopping.
