Rob just posted some more videos to the Johnson & Johnson health channel -- this time about health and nutrition -- and that remind people who are looking to shed a few pounds and improve their health that they sometimes need to change their personal relationships with their refrigerators. The videos include this one that provides five tips for a healthier lifestyle, such as exercising regularly, eating three veggies and fruits a day and cutting back on sweetened drinks. I have no problem with staying away from sugary drinks -- I'm not a big fan of soda -- but as someone who likes a glass of red wine with dinner, I've gotta remember the final tip about the calories in alcoholic drinks... :-)
