Strong financial results for 2015 reflected continued sales momentum in many parts of the business driven by a focus on delivering meaningful innovation in health care to patients and customers. Johnson & Johnson has achieved 32 consecutive years of adjusted operational earnings growth* and 53 consecutive years** of dividend increases. Its enduring market leadership in health care is illustrated by the fact that about 70 percent of its sales come from products with No. 1 or No. 2 global market share positions. Our Businesses
The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics.

The Pharmaceutical segment’s broad portfolio focuses on unmet medical needs across five key therapeutic areas: cardiovascular & metabolism, immunology, infectious diseases and vaccines, neuroscience and pain, and oncology.

The Consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, and wound care fields, as well as nutritional and OTC pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.
