TrackMG Supplemental Privacy Notice

This Supplemental Privacy Notice applies specifically to the TrackMG mobile application (“TrackMG”) and should be read together with the Johnson & Johnson Privacy Statement, which remains applicable to your use of TrackMG and can be accessed at https://www.jnj.com/privacy-center/en-us/privacy-statement.

TrackMG is provided to support patients and users in managing and tracking information related to their healthcare experience. In connection with your use of TrackMG, Johnson & Johnson may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information as described in the Johnson & Johnson Privacy Statement, including information that you choose to provide through the application and information generated through your interactions with the application.

The categories of personal information processed through TrackMG may include:

• Account and registration information.
• Information entered by users regarding medication use, treatment activities, symptoms, or other health-related information voluntarily provided through the application.
• Device, technical, and usage information generated through use of the application.
• Communications and support requests submitted through the application.
• Johnson & Johnson processes this information to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the TrackMG application.
• Deliver requested services and application functionality.
• Respond to user inquiries and support requests.
• Meet legal, regulatory, safety, pharmacovigilance, and compliance obligations.
• Protect the security and integrity of the application and associated systems.

Where TrackMG is operated by or in conjunction with authorized service providers, those providers may process personal information on Johnson & Johnson’s behalf in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable law.

Except as expressly supplemented by this notice, all other terms regarding the collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of personal information are governed by the Johnson & Johnson Privacy Statement. In the event of any inconsistency between this Supplemental Privacy Notice and the Johnson & Johnson Privacy Statement, this Supplemental Privacy Notice will govern solely with respect to the specific processing activities associated with TrackMG.
