    The Swiss Leadership Team represents our two sectors, key functions and locations in Switzerland. Our goal is to promote and strengthen collaboration internally and externally to ensure Johnson & Johnson plays a leading role in fostering innovation, developing talent and shaping the conditions to create a healthier future for everyone.
