      Lowinn Kibbey

      Global Head, Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute

      Lowinn Kibbey is Global Head of the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute (JJHPI), a division of Johnson & Johnson Health & Wellness Solutions, Inc. (JJHWS). In this role, Lowinn provides leadership and direction to support the growth of JJHPI’s core commercial business, including implementing new strategies and business models. He works across J&J sectors to lead strategic partnerships focused on consumer wellness solutions, including a partnership with Plug & Play Tech Center and the recent launch of the Health and Wellness Technology Accelerator.

      Lowinn joined JJHWS from the Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies, most recently as Vice President, Project Management, World Class Marketing Organization (WCMO), where he lead the global implementation and change management efforts for the New Way of Marketing as well as leading business model innovation initiatives with strategic external partners.

      Lowinn brings a diverse range of cross-sector and global experiences to this role. Prior to his time with Consumer, he held a broad set of leadership roles and responsibilities across Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (JJVC), Asia Pacific including VP of Marketing, founder of the J&J Vision Care Business Model Innovation Center, and Managing Director of J&J Vision Care ASEAN.

      Prior to J&J, Lowinn worked for DuPont and DuPont-General Mills JV. He holds an Executive Masters of International Business from St. Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
