ICT-specialist EFZ

Our apprentices report on their apprenticeship...

“ICT specialists are experts who work with a wide range of information and communication technologies in the company. Their day-to-day work includes tasks such as installing and configuring user terminals and ensuring the operation of network infrastructures. Another of my tasks is to identify customer needs, to act quickly and to instruct the users. I create user manuals, and in the case of technical problems, I exchange ideas with my team and then implement the solution found. To ensure trouble-free operation, I make a significant contribution to success with my sense of responsibility.”

As conversations about youth mental health gain attention across Switzerland, Johnson & Johnson is working to ensure that apprentices feel supported, not only in developing their skills, but in maintaining their overall well-being. A Decade of Partnership and a Season of Giving: Johnson & Johnson and the Swiss Red Cross

For more than ten years, Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland has proudly partnered with the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) to make a real difference in the lives of caregivers and vulnerable communities.

Through our collaboration, we help provide caregivers with relief hours, giving them the chance to take a well-deserved break while a trained professional steps in to cover their responsibilities. In doing so, we not only offer caregivers much-needed relief hours but also create a vibrant peer-to-peer network where they can connect, share experiences, learn, and grow together.
