A program that evolves with apprentices
Year 1: Navigating the transition into working life
As apprentices focus on transitioning from school into working life, the program intends to help build confidence early, and to guide them in adapting to a new workplace environment.
Year 2: Strengthening communication and managing conflict
Apprentices strengthen effective communication in challenging situations and learn how to address conflict constructively, turning it into opportunities for growth.
Years 3–4: Managing stress and mental health (mindfulness for final exams)
With final exams approaching, sessions focus on stress management, mental well-being, and mindfulness techniques to help apprentices stay resilient during the final exam period and apply these skills in everyday working life.
Delivered with our EAP provider, designed for real impact
All sessions are delivered by Pulso, J&J in Switzerland’s employee assistance provider. Feedback from apprentices has been very positive, with many saying they feel genuinely supported, more self-assured, and increasingly confident as they develop the skills needed to meet everyday challenges. They also report clear benefits in their daily work: stronger communication and greater confidence. Together, these gains can strengthen both their immediate performance and their long term growth into capable, resilient professionals.
