Our booth was a hub of excitement, featuring three hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity and showcase our commitment to innovation and learning. Visitors engaged in a scientific experiment involving “Titration,” a technical demonstration of bending metal plates like surgical implants, and an office-themed Kahoot challenge. These interactive experiences highlighted the 12 diverse occupations we offer in our apprenticeship program at Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland.
Around 50 volunteers including apprentices and vocational trainers contributed to the success of the event, creating meaningful connections and sharing insights into our work.
Why it matters
Events like SwissSkills are essential to showcase to young talents the range of career opportunities they can pursue within the healthcare sector and beyond. With over 100 apprentices across our different sites in Switzerland, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals and equip them with the skills needed to succeed.
If I can give an advice to the next generation, it would be, you are important, important for our business. Stay open, be curious and never stop learning.
