Eligibility & employment
- Nominees must be currently employed in the United States and actively involved in clinical care or care delivery.
- Nominations are open to healthcare professionals across roles, including but not limited to: physicians, nurses, advanced practice clinicians, surgeons and community health workers.
- Individuals may self-nominate or be nominated by a third party with consent.
- Prior to submission, nominees must complete any ethics and compliance review.
- J&J and TIME employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to be nominees or submit a nomination.

Who is eligible to be nominated?
Nominees must:
- Be currently employed in the United States
- Be actively involved in healthcare or care delivery
- Work in roles such as physicians, nurses, advanced practice clinicians, surgeons, community health workers or similar care‑focused roles
Professionals at any stage of their career are eligible, as long as they are actively practicing.
