Healthcare Champion of the Year Application

Thank you for submitting a nomination for the inaugural TIME Healthcare Champion of the Year, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, a branded award. This recognition celebrates a healthcare leader whose compassion, innovation and dedication are making a profound and lasting difference for patients, colleagues and communities.

Eligible nominees may include physicians, nurses, advanced practice clinicians, surgeons, community health workers or similar care-focused roles. Individuals may nominate themselves or nominate another person. Only one submission per nominee is required.

All submissions must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on August 28, 2026. Incomplete submissions may not be eligible for consideration. Please do not include confidential patient information or protected health information in your submission.

Selected nominees may be contacted for additional information following the submission deadline. The winner will be selected by J&J and a panel of J&J-selected industry experts.
