Cyril Titeux is Company Group Chairman, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific, and a member of the Innovative Medicine Group Operating Committee (GOC), overseeing the business which focuses on meeting the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and government health bodies across key markets in the region. These include Japan, China, Australia & New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, and more.

Joana leads the J&J Innovative Medicine ANZ team, where she drives sustained business growth that accelerates access to transformative innovations, and champions talent development to build a healthier future for patients. Her leadership is focused on not only advancing business objectives but also fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.

Cherry Huang is the President of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine China and a member of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific leadership team.

Victor is the Vice President of Finance & CFO, Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific. In this role, Victor provides financial leadership to the Asia Pacific region and collaborates with the APAC Leadership Team to drive growth, profitability, and successful business outcomes.

Yee Khun (Yeek) Lee is Vice President, Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Asia Pacific. Yeek is part of the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain and Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific Leadership Teams.

HyangWon (Harriet) Min is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Innovative Medicine, Asia Pacific. She is responsible for leading the regional regulatory affairs organization covering all therapeutic areas in the Asia Pacific region. She is also a member of the Global Regulatory Affairs Senior Leadership Team.

Majed Nasr, Head of HR for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Asia Pacific, is an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years’ experience spanning strategy consulting and Human Resources, primarily in the healthcare and public sector industries.

Tomas Pietak is HCC Regional Sector Lead, Innovative Medicine, Asia Pacific. In this role, Tomas is responsible for the APAC region as well as the cross-sector HCC team in Southeast Asia; and is a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team (APLT). He is based in Singapore.

Emma Press is Vice President Law for J&J Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific, responsible for leading the strategic priorities of the Global Legal Organization and for managing and overseeing the work of the APAC legal team. She is a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team (APLT).

As Area Managing Director, Innovative Medicine, Southeast Asia & India, Sarthak oversees the Company’s operations in these markets, and he is a member of the Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific Leadership Team.

Christian Rodseth is Managing Director of North Asia, responsible for the J&J Innovative Medicine organization in South Korea and leading the cluster that includes Hong Kong and Taiwan. He is a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team (APLT).

Chris Rieger has served as President and Representative Director of Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Innovative Medicine Japan (Legal entity name: Janssen Pharmaceutical K.K.) since June 2025. In this role, he oversees the entire pharmaceutical business in Japan. As a member of J&J Innovative Medicine’s Asia Pacific Leadership Team, Chris is committed to transforming the Japanese market, the largest in the region, and successfully launching innovative medicines that address the unmet needs of patients in Japan.

Neelesh Shanbhag is currently the CIO & VP of Business Technology for Innovative Medicine, Asia Pacific, he is responsible for the technology direction of the Innovative Medicine group within Asia Pacific, developing and implementing effective IT strategies to support the overall growth objectives of the Innovative Medicine business in the region. He works closely with the leadership team in translating business priorities and challenges into technology solutions to better serve our patients and customers.

Matthias Skillecorn is VP, Head of Asia Pacific Strategy Organization (APSO) which includes Regional Therapeutic Area Leaders, Market Access and Medical Affairs teams. Matthias is a member of the Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific leadership team.

Miemie leads the Asia Pacific New Business Development (NBD) team in the evaluation of opportunities across all therapeutic areas to support global and regional BD activities, executing local partnerships and leading key alliance management activities. She is a member of the J&J Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific Leadership Team (APLT).

Andrew leads the Innovative Medicine Communication and Public Affairs team (C&PA) across Asia Pacific to deliver powerful strategies that support patients, enhance access and accelerate the business. The team is also charged with building and protecting the long-term reputation of J&J Innovative Medicine with both internal and external stakeholders.

Lihui Yu is Senior Director of Commercial Quality at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Asia Pacific and a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team.
