Johnson & Johnson Unveils an Enhanced Parental Leave Policy for Employees Worldwide

New parents—maternal, paternal and adoptive—can now take a minimum of eight additional weeks of paid leave during the first year of a child’s birth or adoption. The new policy will roll out to every country where Johnson & Johnson has operating companies by the end of 2017.
