Johnson & Johnson Announces it has Ended Discussions with Actelion

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. – Dec. 13, 2016 – Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) today confirmed it has ended discussions with Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (SIX: ATLN) regarding a potential transaction. Johnson & Johnson was not able to reach an agreement that it believed would create adequate value for its shareholders.
