Francis Collins, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Collins was appointed the 16th Director of the National Institutes of Health by Barack Obama and continues to serve under President Donald Trump. In this role, he oversees the work of the largest supporter of biomedical research in the world. The physician-geneticist is renowned for his landmark discoveries of disease genes and his leadership of the international Human Genome Project.
Tom Inglesby, M.D.
Dr. Inglesby is the Director of the Center for Health Security of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The Center for Health Security is dedicated to protecting people’s health from the consequences of epidemics and disasters.
Ashish K. Jha, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Jha is the K.T. Li Professor of Global Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Director of the Harvard Global Health Institute, as well as a practicing general internist and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He leads national analysis of key issues around the COVID-19 pandemic, advising policy makers and elected officials at the state and federal level. In September, Dr. Jha will begin work as the Dean of the Brown University School of Public Health.
