“ICT specialists are experts who work with a wide range of information and communication technologies in the company. Their day-to-day work includes tasks such as installing and configuring user terminals and ensuring the operation of network infrastructures. Another of my tasks is to identify customer needs, to act quickly and to instruct the users. I create user manuals, and in the case of technical problems, I exchange ideas with my team and then implement the solution found. To ensure trouble-free operation, I make a significant contribution to success with my sense of responsibility.”

Bridging Industry and Academia: Shaping the Next Generation of Healthcare Innovators

On October 3rd, we had the opportunity to engage with a group of students during the MedTalk event organized by the Health Science Club. Over 100 students from ETH Zürich and the University of Zurich (UZH) explored the world of Johnson & Johnson, gaining insights into our company including a deep-dive into one of our MedTech solutions, and the diverse career opportunities we offer in Switzerland. This event marked just one milestone in our ongoing collaboration with the Health Science Club – a student’s organization of ETH and UZH dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and the healthcare industry. Since the start of our partnership in 2022, we have co-created different programs that empower students to become future leaders in healthcare and collaboratively drive innovation in the industry.
