    Local Community Giving

Our mission is to close patient and community care gaps by unlocking the power of our people, philanthropy, and life-changing therapies. Through strategic partnerships with local nonprofit organizations, we drive measurable, sustainable impact by catalyzing the collective power of our community to address critical patient care gaps and strengthening the healthcare workforce of today and tomorrow.

Our local philanthropic portfolio focuses on innovative initiatives in Basic Needs, STEM Education, and Health — expanding access to care, improving health outcomes in our therapeutic areas, and supporting healthcare workforce development.

With campuses in Titusville, NJ, and Horsham, PA, our local funding exclusively supports nonprofit partners in the communities where our employees live and work, specifically in the following areas:
    • Pennsylvania: Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties
    • New Jersey: Mercer County
    Basic Needs

We partner with organizations addressing key social determinants of health, including food access, housing stability, workforce development, and other essential services. By investing in trusted community partners, we help reduce barriers that prevent individuals and families with the greatest need from achieving good health and well-being.

    STEM Education

We invest in STEM education and career pathways primarily for students in high school through post-secondary education, with a strong emphasis on healthcare career exploration. Our grants support hands-on learning, mentorship, research opportunities, and workforce readiness, helping spark interest, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to succeed in the healthcare workforce of tomorrow.

    Health

We advance innovative programs that improve health outcomes for communities with the greatest need, with a focus on expanding patient access to care, strengthening community health worker models, and supporting initiatives aligned with our therapeutic areas. Our investments prioritize scalable, collaborative, and community-driven approaches that enhance access to and quality of care.

    Grant Process

    • Local grant applications are accepted on an invitation-only basis. We do not accept unsolicited requests from organizations serving the local communities specified above.
    • Once invited to apply, local grant applications must be submitted between March 1 - July 15 to be considered for 2026 funding.
    • Nonprofits outside the geographies listed above who deliver programming aligned with one of our therapeutic areas are encouraged to explore our therapeutic giving opportunities.
    • Applicants should review all additional guidelines and exclusions prior to submitting a local grant application for consideration.
