Disaster relief
When disaster strikes, our objectives are to quickly reach and support the most vulnerable, help provide medicine and medical supplies and restore health services, including mental health support for frontline health workers. We are committed to providing immediate relief to impacted communities as well as strengthening health systems for the long term, prioritizing the well-being and resilience of health workers.
Why helping the helpers is critical to disaster response
Health workers and first responders bear a double burden as survivors themselves, dealing with their own losses while helping their communities recover and rebuild in the aftermath of a disaster.
